Because your personal belongings are precious to you, we suggest changing out of any garments of significant importance or high value before your service begins. While our team exercises the utmost precision, the nature of professional color artistry carries inherent risks; changing provides an extra layer of insurance for your wardrobe.
The Check-In Process: We invite you to arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to begin your transition into the salon. Should you arrive early, you are more than welcome to change into a robe and settle into our front area. We kindly ask that you relax in this designated area until a member of our team greets you and escorts you to your stylist's area.
